Our opinion is that both political parties, at the national level, have potential candidates - poorly suited for the task at hand.  That BOTH political parties, in their own self-interest and that of the nation  – nominate Michael Bloomberg for President of the United States of America.  He would become the fusion candidate.  It will signal to all, the seriousness of the realization and the commitment to CHANGE.  Needless to say, it will allow, both political parties, the opportunity to get their national infrastructure, in order and allow each party to run candidates locally, not tied to a disastrous (at least, distasteful) national ticket.

We propose, that ALL of Race Human, go “back to the future.”  Simply, the original Industrial Revolution was based on factories powered by moving water.  The original horseless carriage (the precursor to the modern-day automobile) was battery powered (electrical).  We now have the technology to use Earth's greatest gift (the only water planet) as our future and forever, energy source.

The Science
We all learned in school, that energy can not be created or destroyed.  Earth is a water planet and all Race Human has learned, there is much energy in moving water.  Simple turbines placed in large bodies of water, can be made to turn.  Those turbines can be hooked up to existing power grids.  In effect, that converts the motion of water, into electrical energy.  By converting EVERYTHING to an electrical basis, we can forego all that is wrong with a reliance on carbon-based fuel.  Carbon is polluting, non-renewable and limited. 

Earth would gain a renewable, clean, predictable energy source.  Since we would only rely on the motion of the water, the water would still be available to fulfill all its current uses.  The other element not mentioned, is that the cost of use is comparatively, negligible.  The entire world will follow suit.  The bonus is, that what is now being spent and/or food stocks being diverted, annually for energy, could be used for food, healthcare and education, to start.

We are talking of a resource, as abundant as life itself, and at a cost within reach of every national government.  We owe, at least that much, to Generation Clean (as yet, unborn) and all that would come after them.  Earth will be, literally awash in energy.  With that, everything will be, doable.  Please note, Generation Clean will be a world-wide demographic.

We have all grown, rather complacent - in leaving mountains of debt, to those yet unborn.  Now, Race Human will "gift" them, as no other generation, has ever been gifted.  A cleaner, greener Earth, with forever renewable - clean energy and at a cost that any nation-state could afford.  The United States will be able to fund the Social Security deficit, with one year's savings.  The United States could stop being - a bebtor nation.  ALL OF Social Security, fully-funded.  That's how much is spent currently, to pay for carbon-based energy.  Well that and the concomitant degradation of Earth's environment.

This proposal solves many problems, with one solution.  Tidal Energy (TE) - harnessing the motion of water and conversion to electricity, forever.  We hope, you'll not reject it out of hand, just because it was proposed by us.  The newly designed, electric-drive cars, should be built for carbon fiber bodies.  The technology is known and with new demand, it will be easily affordable and better than steel-body cars. 

Would either party, deny Michigan it’s jobs, deny the domestic economy its growth.  All would be put to work, to make ready the total conversion to electricity and the clean-up of the dirty carbon.

This can be consummated quickly, within the term(s) of the next President of the United States.  We wholeheartedly endorse Michael Bloomberg as the Tribe Heterosexual individual that can get it done.  There is no reason, why transistion from a carbon-based energy source to a reliance on conversion of the kinetic energy in moving water could not be accomplished by anyone.  As an example, George W. Bush PROVED he can accomplish much, incompetently.

We of Tribe Homosexual believe it is of such importance, that a person that has ALREADY demonstrated the core competence of getting things DONE is among the DEFICIENCIES evidenced by the current field of candidates from the legislature (United States Senate).

Michael Bloomberg has demonstrated his core competency, in getting a job DONE.  First in building his company and then, running the city of New York (for two terms).

Finally, Michael Bloomberg is familiar with both parties but a member of neither.  That means he must negotiate his innovations across the two parties and that means American democracy will once again, be demonstrable.  The sincerest form of flattery is imitation.  Hopefully, never again will any American government use force of arms to enforce a form of government that should be, freely chosen.
