My last blog entry was directed to the Congressional Democrats, before they nominated Senator Obama, IL. While I admit that this web-site was not re-distributed to the individual Democrat Senators, I nevertheless judge the Democrat Party as cowardly and ineffective. I WOULD HOLD THAT OPINION not only because of this particular instance (I may be guilty of being ‘self interested') but the totality of the Congressional term, underlines my individual assessment. I speak only as one individual. In this, I speak, ALONE.

By way of explanation, Tribe Homosexual did distribute URL's of this website to every Senator's staff. That means, at least, that Senators Biden, Clinton and Obama had, or should have had, knowledge of Tribe Homosexual's proposal. The distribution month was June, 2008.

That proposal is, simply, to convert to a truly clean and renewable energy source, with a total reliance, on electricity. An added benefit would be, the lessening and eventually cessation of current and future expenditures for carbon-based energy sources and the reduction of excessive carbon. It would require some effort to embrace the new energy paradigm BUT, it will solve so much more.

In any case, Race Human does not have a ‘spare' planet or eco-system to relocate too. Since this is the only home world that Race Human has, it is Race Human that has to maintain it. Whether global climate change is due to the activities of Race Human or not, it is occurring during our ‘watch.' The ‘beauty' of the proposal is that it relies on the kinetic energy inherent in water in motion so no need to construct the infrastructure normally associated with hydroelectric power generation. Simply placing turbines in large bodies of water, hooking those turbines into the electric power grids and allowing, Tidal Energy (TE) to do its work.

It is not likely, that simple but the technology is ALREADY in use. This is not the Race to the Moon but it is one, likely to be won, by the nation-state of China.

Mr. Al Gore, once upon a time, the presumptive President, of the Untied States, thinks the United States can adopt cleaner, greener energy sources within 20 years. Pity that his site, overlooks the more natural and abundant energy resource - moving water. Hydroelectric sourcing is already real. One of the largest facilities is located in China, harnessing ‘merely' local rivers. It is called, the Three Gorges Dam. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Three_Gorges_Dam No doubt, a major engineering feat by China but it is only a precursor to the use of Tidal Energy (TE) and the total conversion to electrically-powered, transportation and heating. It means, the total negation of carbon-based energy sources.

The Democrat Party acted cowardly. They nominated Sen. Obama because of a calculus that wasn't based on the merits but rather, on historical and wrong-headed, we ‘owe' them, calculations.

As a result, the Democrats have a lopsided ticket (thicket). Clearly Biden ‘outclasses' Obama on every metric save, that generally younger voters seem inclined to overlook all logic merely because - equality / equanimity feels right, even egalitarian. Pity such calculations do not include character as a significant variable. I can only surmise that ‘guilt' impacts a large portion of those voters, which are not so youthful.

OBAMA's PROBLEMs
Obama is potentially divisive. Whether Sen. Clinton's supporters, African Americans in general (when it becomes OBVIOUS that Obama does not identify with the urban experience of America's Inner Cities) or disaffected Caucasians.

Obama has over-promised American expenditures and gave... a FALSE energy HOPE. Can the Senator BE unaware that the United States is facing a potential crippling financial crisis? That is what, Fannie Mae and Freddy Mac potential defaults represents. Those institutions, if unable to raise privately financed capital, could result in a financial catastrophe, bridging the United States and the rest of the world.

The Federal government DOES NOT weigh in on, the siting of nuclear plants. WHERE is his offered solution of Nuclear power plants, going to be sited? Maybe in Iowa or even, in his adopted state of Illinois? If some locality would agree to allowing a nuclear plant in their backyard, where is the suggested disposal facility for the tons of nuclear waste? Surely, Sen. Obama wasn't talking about just one plant. The United States would require MANY. Are there even, enough trained scientists to run all those facilities.? And still, there would remain, the costs of importing additional carbon-based sources.

When Sen. Obama visited Israel, he acted as if he was on the Senate Banking Committee. I won't even ‘judge' the propriety of traveling outside the country and misrepresenting oneself. It is CLEAR to me though. Obama does not earn high marks as a United States Senator. How could he? He not yet completed one full term as the junior Senator from Illinois. In the Senate, he HAS NOT distinguished himself. Yet, he has earned the adoration of the crowds. And I would say, even the news media has failed in its function as the ‘fourth branch'.

CHARACTER - the Real Issue
I wonder, when the junior Senator from Illinois was a professor, did he grade on a curve? Again, ‘judging' from his more public actions to date, he likely didn't give anyone a failing grade - because that might risk engendering dislike. As life would have it, I know my ‘own' Harvard University educated, directly-descended from native-Africans (Ghana), male.

When he arrived at the job site, at a NYC public hospital and so earning, with his credentials, far less than he would have earned in a private sector employment. I KNEW he was a man, worth knowing. Agbenyo Aheto is definitely of Tribe Heterosexual but his character is such, that it is an honor, to be able to call him friend. As an example, he helped me move, from Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn to the Bronx, New York. The moving crew were all volunteers and I didn't compensate them with million-dollar homes. As good a man as I know Agbenyo Aheto to be, I wouldn't support his candidacy for President of the United States. Knowing his character, he would not pursue the office.

Not everyone wants nor should be offered, the Presidency of the United States. In the majority of circumstances, the ‘load' is much, too bear (bare). I am herald, Tribe Homosexual and, playing with words, is another thing, I do.

NARRATOR
I am Race Human. I've grown and I like to think, I'm not very impressionable. When I was younger and so, very impressionable, I was black, then African American and finally, in the United States Marine Corps - I was and remain - simply, dark green. The only problem is, my mother would think, if she were alive, that I have hepatitis. :-)

So, you're likely thinking, with all I delineated about Sen. Obama, Sen. McCain is likely to benefit.

McCAIN's PROBLEMs
That may be true however given what has been said about McCain (in the hands of oil interests) to date and what is being said about his choice of a running mate, it is uncertain if even with Sen. Obama's noted defects, whether Sen. McCain can carry the Republican Party banner, across the finish line, in victory.

In any case, John McCain has SURELY become a ‘careerist'. His actions prove that he would do, nearly anything, to be President. We should never choose, to be led by men, more career-motivated than motivated by this country's founding principles and so, of goodly character.

POLITICAL PARTIES
By the Democrats choice and the Republican Party's presumptive choice, it appears 2008 is the year when amateurs only, need apply. The Democrats would offer an amateur as President. The Republicans, if you'd nominate Senator McCain, would place an amateur within a heartbeat of the Presidency.

Still talking real-politik, is the entire political structure of this nation, as decadent as the choices offered for the highest Political office would imply. I know times are hard but this is, too much. We can not really be concerned with America's future and thus all of your progeny, not to mention, the yet unborn, (‘heralded', hmmm by Generation Clean) and offer Sen. McCain and Sen. Obama as candidates for the chief political (executive) office.

I realize that this is going to legislators but making and passing laws does not make one ready or necessarily good at, executing the executive functions.

NARRATOR
I am still obsessed with meritocracy and perhaps, I am not suited entirely for the political process. It is one thing to pass college level political science but some, lack the wherewithal to see politics through to the end, and so - the art of politics. Luckily, I have personal dislike, bordering on the massively inappropriate, almost visceral, towards Senator Obama.

I offer my humble insights on behalf of the Republican Party in the 2008 election cycle. Of course, that offer is contingent on the acceptance of Tidal Energy (TE) and nomination of NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg for President.

Since we are still talking realpolitik - there is no sane reason why this country, contemplating electing a minority group member can not advance, in the same election, a Semite. The Republican Party could very well witness the entire dissolution of the Democrat Party. I though, am only in it to ensure NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg's election as President of the United States and the eventual implementation of Tidal Energy (TE) worldwide.

THE SOLUTION
With Tidal Energy (TE), victory is assured as well as tax relief to the masses. Fund health insurance for all and DROP all that anti-Cuba rhetoric. With Tidal Energy (TE), US moves to the 21st century with eventual mag lev vehicles. Our politics and policies have to be, similarly realistic in light of the looming financial abyss. That is where, your offices will realize their full fruit.

In nominating NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg, the Republican platform would need to focus, on the energy, environment and economics aspects. By limiting the Republican Platform to those issues, Republicans would be able to proclaim loudly, throughout the land: "the Party of Lincoln, rising to the occasion." That may be over the top BUT by dumping Senator McCain and embracing Michael Bloomberg and Tidal Energy (TE) - you would definitely fracture the Democrat coalition.

The Republican Party was pronounced ‘near death' for this election cycle and yet - you'll be able to pull victory from the jaws of defeat. Actually, ‘defeat' has eaten well, of late. It is BETTER if the Republicans tasted Victory. I understand that, to be a very succulent taste.

Michael Bloomberg has executive competence. He would have a knockdown issue and the Democrats and Obama -would be flat-footed and without ANY credible issue, with which to attack the GOP

Obama hasn't yet pulled ahead in polls but Republicans don't have to settle for McCain's leading the ticket. Why settle for clearly out of touch and careerist McCain when you can, move up to Michael Bloomberg? And Colin Powell can be almost ensured as running mate, if you but tell him, the country needs him. His culture is one of a solder. Even more - he is, an officer's Officer. Just commit to him, a barrier to the -political trappings and let him focus on, foreign political/military realities, as all of Earth, moves to Tidal Energy (T/E).

McCain is compromised. Moreover the Republicans would gain strategic advantage. Pulling victory from the jaws of defeat.

Tidal Energy (TE) promises revenue while the Democrats have ignored the overly large gorilla in the room. The looming possible meltdown of Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae is not even mentioned by the Democrats, except in passing. By the Republicans ‘owning' the problem and addressing it - the Party would gain the high ground, once again. Tidal Energy (TE) and Michael Bloomberg - make the Republican Party relevant again.

CLEAN GREEN PROMISE (Generation Clean)
surely, the change in energy sourcing, the US imminent departure from Iraq - CLEARS THE FIELD. Let us work together, as actors with shared goals, to nominate and elect, NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg as President of the United States. If we happen to forever hobble the Democrat Party - that would just be ‘cowards gravy', which we could use, on our Victory salad.

On second thought, that's likely too close to cannibalism. Anyway, I don't know, that Democrats taste ‘well'.
