I must publicly apologize
to NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg for the misuse of his image, on the website. I'm afraid we did much damage to his career
and may have had some impact on choices he could have exercised without the encumbrance of being 'tied' to Tribe Homosexual's
message. To Michael Bloomberg's credit, his image made our message, more credible.
On the other hand, I judge
the ruling establishment of the United States as corrupt to its core. Tidal Energy (TE) would have made, a significant and
positive difference in the lives of existing citizens. It would have also addressed the transfer of wealth implicit in the
trade of carbon-based fuel sources internationally.
Tidal Energy (TE) would minimize the carbon pollutants
in the atmosphere and given the late-breaking news (the nationalization of Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac), would have enabled
a revenue source to address the pending economic crisis.
Purely a rhetorical question but how do legislators
even JUSTIFY your existence, if not for the betterment of those, you would claim, to represent.
If Tribe Homosexual's
"Outrageous Proposal" had been accepted by the two major political parties, Tribe Homosexual would have presented
the following terms (Tribe Heterosexual would have 'accepted' our proposal):
- Culture
thumps the 'rule of law' in that culture would assure that REALITY is not gossamer thin. That means, order would not
breakdown at the slightest break in normative routine. Individuals could be trusted to uphold the basic requirements of civilization
WITHOUT the need of a somewhat oppressive police function.
- Teach civics in school so that the governed could never
be BETRAYED by their elected legislators the way, you have (collectively) surely betrayed the people.
- Return America
back to its founding principles so that, law enforcement is LIMITED to the protection of Life and property. The making of
merely 'vices', like prostitution or drug use into actionable offenses have made America the world's jailer. America
has the dubious 'honor' of having a large number of its own citizens, in confinement WHILE promoting legalized pharmaceutical
concoctions that if even taken as prescribed, can kill the user. I myself, one of the touched (with HIV/AIDS) could be prescribed
'drug cocktails' that are dangerous if not deadly, taken as directed but would be arrested, if I choose to smoke merely,
a marijuana joint.
- American insistence on rather restrictive drug laws have a destabilizing effect on other nation's
like Mexico or even Afghanistan.
- If America legalized "illegal drugs" you would provide a taxable good
at the same time as negating a revenue source for organized criminal activity. The levels of incarceration would drop and
societal revenues could be enhanced. Not only would you enhance tax revenues but you could reduce police forces and non-productive
corrections expenses. You would also, cripple your 'criminal foes by removing their chief source of illicit revenue and
likely, reduce the potential for corruption in your own forces.
- Americans are
now, forced outdoors to consume a legal drug, called nicotine (cigarettes) while drivers of automobiles are given free rein
to pollute as much of the countryside as their travel allows.
- Save the newspapers and so, 'rule' journalists
by requiring school children to read local papers (news) and requiring discussion and reports on the "who, what, where,
why and how.
- DO shield young children from digital devices so that they may know, all the real joys of childhood
including reading, writing and real interaction with other children.
- It is fascist to use state power to enforce
social agendas whenever state power is directed at only a segment of the population. Examples would include restrictions on
smoking and restrictions on abortion. CLEARLY, I am opposed to abortion BUT I would suggest that criminalizing behavior is
not needed if the society would, through its culture, so value life that no person, male or female, would choose to abort
potential life In that, it is not a matter of religion but rather, galactic imperatives that those having achieved life, never
deny the potential for sentient life, after conception. I offer this because it is, in my pay grade and no one, pays me.
Most importantly, please do END the War on Terror. It is CLEAR that the Bin Laben and Bush
families were ‘friendly' before 9 11. Tribe Homosexual will not address the issue IF, in fact, 9 11 was merely ARTIFICE
for all that has followed but far too many have already been lost. The dislocations of WAR have been tremedous.
Certainly, if persons would willingly blow themselves up, it is the duty, of those not similarly inclined, to give those
persons, wide berth. Having myself come to believe in the Creative God, late in life, I have faith, that God awaits
their final audience.

NYC WNET (so, Channel 13) discussing the Federal takeover of Fannie Mae & Freddy Mac did understate THE POTENTIAL COSTS
TO THE AMERICAN TAXPAYER.
Without pursuing a long and too tedious discussion on Capitalist economics, American
asset valuations are to be ‘marked to market’. While traditional economic analysis would hold the domestic economy
largely separate and distinct from the world outside, in the new global village, American asset valuations are going to be
re-priced, downward and that means, severe adjustments to personal wealth. It could be due to American incomes having fallen
in the recent past and on a generally declining curve but for whatever reason, American home prices, will continue downward.
That means that, NOW, the American taxpayer is exposed to the vagaries of the capital markets. That is a traditional issue
a politician could run on. The pity is that had Michael Bloomberg become President, I would have written the rules of Certificate
Authority (CA).
If Adam Smith could author the basis of capitalism "The Wealth of Nations"), as
a person with a degree in Capitalist economics, I could ‘share’ Certificate Authority (CA). Certificate Authority
(CA) is more likely to be accepted by the Chinese. Certainly, CA would entail the dismantling of the military-industrial complex
and traditional family structure. Oh, what might have been. :-)

Citizens want, a government that works and a government that they can be proud of. It doesn't
hurt that the government is also, fabulously wealthy, especially if the government's wealth, is not financed by regressive
taxation. Tidal Energy (TE) solves that.
People will not mind, playing a provider for their energy use.
They are used to it. The Federal government can be that entity while the costs for providing that energy, derived from Tidal
Energy (TE), ensures an extremely lost cost, abundant resource and it is, naturally renewable. As a water planet with a moon,
Earth allows for Tidal Energy (TE). Tidal Energy (TE) is the GIFT, that keeps giving.
Unlike Boone Picken's
Plan, energy ‘harvesting' will no longer have the high maintenance costs involved in siting facilities on private
land and/or extracting resources from the land. Tidal Energy (TE) provides growth opportunities without bound. The waterways
are already under federal jurisdiction in that, the placement of turbines will, no doubt be along the United States continental
shelf which falls under Federal jurisdiction.
The cost of the turbines and the related infrastructure is negligible.
Given that the costs of maintenance will, no boubt, be under the costs inherent in exploring, drilling, transport, refining
and other expenses (depreciation will ONLY apply to the turbines and related infrastructure but NOT the actual ‘fuel'),
the government will, no doubt, be in a position to be as benevolent as the national legislature decides. I almost, envy your
riches. No doubt, given the nature of democracy, there will be, numerous ideas on what to do, with the revenues.
America has 2 coasts, with coastal tides ALWAYS flowing. Tidal Energy (TE) works both ways. Tides in and tides out. As long
as water flows, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. With ‘peak times' as regular as clockwork, there will be the conversion
to electrical energy. The larger problem will be, the storage facilities for all that energy.
Of course, there
will be, the dislocation of the existing and established, corporate entities whose basis, is in the carbon-based economy.
They are also aiding and abetting the degradation of Earth's environment. There will be dislocation but there will also
be, OPPORTUNITIES UNBOUNDED.
Humanity, compassion, just plain fairness would suggest significant retraining of
those INDIVIDUALS DISPLACED. The economic ‘players are though, ‘casualties'. Surely, they reaped, sometimes
windfall profits and they should be, allowed to perish, without apology. THEY blithely compromised Earth itself (THE environment)
and so, it is ‘fitting' that no tears be shed, on their departure. I believe, a capitalist said it best, some time
ago. Laissez-faire (let the people do), caveat emptor (let the buyer beware), only this time, let the seller (of environmentally
‘dangerous' products) beware (and PERISH).
The real BEAUTY of Tidal Energy (TE) is that it is an Earth-wide
resource and that means, ALL humanity can have assess, without crowding out, other users. No more resource wars and Earth
can provide for ALL of Race Human.
There is though, one significant "drawback." For ANY that EVER uttered
disparagement over so-called, ‘illegal aliens' prepare to have your dreams, made into a nightmare. With Earth awash
in energy everywhere, expect those persons to return home and pity on you. Those that didn't show compassion to fellow
humans, seeking ‘betterment' merely, should consult their. conscience. For many Race Humans, citizenship is MERELY
a birthright and so, a privilege accorded as a matter of happenstance.
You want perhaps, suggestions on the new
reality. Well, the Jetsons come to mind but they are a little too cartoony. Maybe something less farcical.
For
example, from the "Star Trek" STAR FLEET" repertoire, protein resequencing sounds like a doable idea, given
large amounts of ENERGY. Race Human has always followed, along the pathways, set out by the Science Fiction milieu/genre.
Race Human has submarines, courtesy of Jules Verne "20,000 Leagues Under the Sea." Race Human collectively romanticizes
about space travel and space stations. The Spanish have given Race Human, sangria but I'd rather have, some Klingon, blood
wine. Because I'm a gentleman, I'll let you have, the blood worms.

The BUSH Legacy

Many may not appreciate non-carbon based solutions but American lives need never be wasted so foolishly. America may
even regain its citizen army. We have now a collection of lifers, unfortunates, goodly-intended young people along with too
many Careerist (putting career ahead of ‘care') officers serving in America's newly minted mercenary Armed forces.
To be clear, a careerist is anyone that puts promotion ahead of the lives they have been commissioned
to protect. A careerist is likely, deserving to be fragged (Vietnam era lingo for ‘friendly fire' of a conspiratorial
nature). Further, the military is born of the Constitution and therefore, not merely commanded by the whim of a given administration's
malfeasance. They have pledged allegiance to the Constitution and therefore are obliged to NEVER execute ILLEGAL ORDERS. America
as founding member and signatory to the UN charter is prevented against PREEMPTIVE war. Any Treaty signed by a President and
ratified by the US Senate IS American Constitutional law. OFFICERS are supposed to KNOW this and protect the lives of the
men under command.
Tribe Homosexual is wedded to Tidal Energy (TE) http://tribehomosexual.com/ but it is not the only suitor. T. Bone Pickens has offered another plan. Only thing, Pickens's plans are not
as reliable. What would we do, on a calm day, when the wind doesn't blow? http://pickensplans.com/ In any case, Tidal Energy (TE) obliterates the need for ANY reliance on fossil fuels. Tidal Energy is ALL about electricity.

I had thought that
the first Bush Presidency was well earned. That guy had previously been a Senator and had served as the head of the
Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). He was ambassador to China under President Nixon and had served as Vice President under
President Reagan. He also recruited Bin Laden to fight against the Soviet Union in Afghanistan. During the first Gulf War,
evicting Iraqi forces from Kuwait, the first President Bush stayed at the Bin Laden family estate when he traveled to Saudi
Arabia.
Americans should recall that Hussein claimed that he consulted with the US Ambassador,
prior to invading Kuwait and was told that the US position on Arab states real politic (how Arab states dealt with one another)
was that the US was not interested. Americans should also remember that Iraq was a client of United States foreign policy
in that Iraq attacked Iran after the Iranian hostage crisis. The poisonous gas (WMD) used against Iranian and Kurdish elements
during that war - was supplied by the American government, as was other military weaponry. To really tax your memories recall
also that American naval air-power did destroy an Iranian passenger jet during that conflict (Iran Iraq War). Iraq, in attacking
the far bigger and better armed Iran, needed weapons of mass destruction (WMD) to level the playing field. One could even
cynically argue that America goaded Iraq into attacking Kuwait (first Gulf War) precisely so that Iraqi armor/weapons would
be forfeit in the resulting forced reparation. The Gulf War ensured the Iraqi forfeiture of the preponderance of military
equipment it acquired during the Iran Iraq War.
After the September 11 World Trade Center toppling
of the towers, all American flights were temporarily canceled, save one. That Presidential authorized flight was allowed to
return the Bin Laden family members to Saudi Arabia (home of a number of the 9/11 hijackers). Bin Laden needs access to medical
facilities because he has to have access to kidney dialysis technology. Further, he is overly tall and would stand out in
a crowd. Given all that, he is still supposed to be able to hide in plain slight from American forces. When American forces
had him at Tora Bora, in Afghanistan, they were instead redeployed to Iraq. America now has been fighting longer in its War
on Terror than even World War II. Further and finally, this war on Terror has cost America not just treasure but it has cost
America its honor, its standing among the nations of this world and most importantly, its Sons and Daughters.
Before the 9 11 toppling of the towers, still undisclosed meetings were held at the White House, with members of
America's oil lobby. What was discussed at those meetings has still not been disclosed. Common sense and my own actionable
intelligence tell me and I'm sharing, that those meetings were about the NEED to redeploy American troops and American
bases OUT of Saudi Arabia. Of course, it is only colossal coincidence that 9 11 occurred after that meeting. It is also only
coincidence that America has no bases in Saudi Arabia NOW. America had bases there, prior to the Iraqi invasion but no longer.
President Bush wants American forces in Iraq FOREVER, to protect the strategic interests of America. That means oil and the
Persian Gulf. Coincidentally, the primary reason that Bin Laden was opposed to America (Bin Laden's intifada) was the
existence of American forces in Saudi Arabia.
BUSH used state power to circumvent litigation,
in the aftermath of the Towers crisis. American litigation would have unleashed American litigators (lawyers) to discover
the truest causes of the tragedy. He then used American national power against non-state actors instead of allowing the law
enforcement establishment (NYPD and FBI) in what was obviously, a criminal matter. He could have supplemented law enforcement
with the military to apprehend the perpetrators. He now purports to export DEMOCRACY at the point of a gun, DISHONORING ALL
that is American. Welcome to my NIGHTMARE, America as a bully state. We have ALL allowed him to sully American HONOR.
AMERICA is the only woman that I pledged allegiance too. She deserves so much better.
NEVER
again should any American question German citizens on how monstrous leadership be allowed to devalue a society. At least Hitler
had a logical rationale. Hitler was trying to recoup World War 1 German losses. Bush was merely, executing his family legacy,
misdirection while attempting to justify his actions, as being in America's strategic interests. He'd
have Americans believe that the ends justify the means (to protect America by using torture or enhanced interrogation techniques)
and that restrictions against torture are merely quaint. If German citizens had to endure government spying on them, at least
they never knew of a document that specifically protects Americans against the usurpations of their own, national government
(The American Bill of Rights). I guess the founding fathers were right.
'Whenever you forego
liberty in the pursuit of safety, you are likely entitled to neither'.
Both Bush Presidencies
will end in financial dislocation. The first Bush had the Savings & Loan (S&L) Crisis, started by a Bush-family cousin
in Colorado. This Bush helped ENGINEER a world-wide mortgage meltdown, the ramifications of which will be
felt for a long time to come. I claim he helped engineer it in that he practically begged the mortgage lenders to loan funds
to persons not normally qualified for mortgage loans. He then, as chief executive, heading the regulatory bodies, did not
undertake a commitment to oversee that those lending practices would undergo the appropriate federal regulation and oversight.
It was as if he ‘employed' the exact same management as he'd shown using his New Orleans, LA hurricane Katrina
playbook.
You might think, both Bush Presidencies were just the ‘victims'
of happenstance. That might be true IF the Bush family history, did not reek, since pre-World War II, of
war profiteering and financial misdeeds http://www.rense.com/general17/bushhitler.htm The Bush family legacy is to use war as an artifice for financial misdeeds. After Michael Bloomberg receives his nomination,
I will name the single institution that profited from the worldwide financial meltdown. I will name the single institution
and leave it to the reader to prove the falseness of my claims. During the Nixon White house Watergate conspiracy, the TRUTH
was determined by simply, ‘following the money'. Given the worldwide financial nature of this endeavor, it should
be relatively easy, to follow the money. During the Nixon conspiracy one had to follow cash but this time, it is just following
worldwide financial entries. Some of the instruments were no doubt, of the ‘exotic' financial variety (futures,
calls and puts) but I'll name the organization and you, the reader can confirm or disprove me.
I trust by then, you'll have your green eyeshades, standard accountant's issue, at the ready. You
might also want to get a drink. Do bring two glasses. It's not to celebrate but, you buying is a treat, which does not
happen often.
The lives can never be repaid but given that the Iraqi people, as a whole -
have suffered tremendously from the US war on Terror, along with the obvious Crimes against Humanity that have been perpetrated.
President Bush should be, our ‘gift' to them. If Saddam's behavior warranted trial by an Iraqi court, should
the US President, be held to a lesser standard? The goal was to teach the Iraqi people, the benefits of the rule of law. Given
that the American President has violated laws of the United States and the United Nations, a trial by Iraqi courts seems fitting
(they being among the most harmed victims). Then perhaps, US laws and courts should be given their chance. The US citizenry
have been among the most hard-pressed financial victims. It's just that American law is not scaled for such massive
financial criminality.
I wonder will Bush be inclined to
bear a message from me to Saddam Hussein. Something on part, ‘what's good for the goose is good for the gander'

This section of the site highlights Mr. Bush's INADEQUACY as President of the United States.
He made an attempt at Adolf Hitler mimicry in his war policies. We hope that the World's other nations
will INSIST on his being tried as a War Criminal and for his betrayal of Human Rights (in
the day to day lives of common Iraqis). Justice and/or the rule of INTERNATIONAL law, DEMANDS at least that much.
He deserves, at least, trial in an Iraqi court. The Iraqis should
